    1. Is the quality of your items guaranteed?

Bellast.com undergoes an extensive testing and quality control procedure, ensuring each and every item purchased meets global quality standards. Bellast.com offers only the highest quality products, allowing customers to shop with confidence.

    2. How do I place an order?Found something(s) you love? 
    Great! First, place the item(s) you want to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the big green "add to bag" button, usually to the right of the product image. Then, whenever you're done shopping, click the orange "Checkout" button and follow the easy instructions to complete your order. If you're a registered customer, check out is super easy. If you're not (and you don't have to be), it's still easy but you might want to consider registering to make check out even smoother the next time you shop at Bellast.com.     3. Are the shopping and payment safe and secure?

    Absolutely. With Bellast.com, ordering online is as safe as using your credit card in your favorite department store. We use the latest security technology, which includes data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity – which is like keeping your credit card information in a bank vault.

    4. Which payment methods do you accept?
    Shopping online with Bellast.com is easy, fast and convenient and we offer many different payment options. We accept PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and etc.), Debit Cards, Western Union and Wire Transfer as our payment methods.

    5. Why was my payment of Credit Card payment method failed?
    We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Usually the problem was caused by the following reasons: Insufficient Funds, CVC Code Invalid, Expired Credit Card or Transaction Declined by Your Bank (Restricted Card, Do Not Honour and etc.). Please check your account of your credit card or please verify with your bank to allow processing your transaction or removing the restrictions from your card. 
    To complete your payment, you can try to pay for your order later, and you can also pay for your order with PayPal or Western Union which you can get extra 15% off discount.

    6. Can I cancel my order?
    Now why would you want to do that? But if you do, please contact our Customer Service Department via email service@bellast.com to cancel an order. Please have your order number nearby.

    We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be cancelled, and you still don't love it after its arrived – just return it to us according to our 30-day money back return policy.

     7. Can I change my order?
    We can change your order before your order been shipped. We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

    8. Do I need to pay for the shipping cost? 
    We supply worldwide free standard shipping for any order, and free expedited shipping for orders over $100. If your want to your orders below $100 been shipped in expedited shipping method, you need to pay $15-$30 for shipping cost. Partnering with internationally trusted logistic service providers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS, Bellast ships to over 200 countries around the world. A variety of expedited shipping methods means there's a convenient delivery option for every budget.

    9. How do I calculate delivery time for an order?
    For most of time, it will take 1-3 business days for processing your order, and extra 3-7 business days for the expedited shipping or 7-15 days for standard shipping. However, we cannot control the status of your shipment after it leaves our shipping department. The courier may incur delays due to weather issues or other circumstances beyond our control. 

    If you require your shipment at an earlier date, please contact us after your order, we will try our best to offer you expedited shipping method.

    Note:
    Orders are usually packed in 1-3 business days.
    Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 
    A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 
    Duty and taxes are set by the destination country. The amount of applicable duty and taxes will vary by country.

    10. Why was the delivery of my order delayed?
    We will ship your order as soon as possible. However, we cannot control the status of your shipment after it leaves our shipping department. The courier may incur delays due to weather issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
    Also, please note that inconsistencies in your order (such as differing billing and shipping addresses) may possibly delay your order.
     Please enter a valid phone number where you can be reached in your account information to avoid delays, in case one of our representatives needs to reach you for more information. Any orders placed without an active, domestic phone number may be canceled without notification.

    11. Will I receive an order confirmation?
    After you place an order with us, you will receive two emails from us -- an order confirmation immediately after order placement to detail your transaction and a shipment notification with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

    12. How do I track my order?
    For most orders, you can use the Track This Order feature from My Account to follow your package's progress. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number through email so that you can track the status of your shipment. 

    13. What's your return policy?
    Well, although it's highly unlikely– if you didn't LOVE your Bellast purchase and wanted a refund, you have 30 days to contact us and arrange for an exchange or refund.

    14. What can I do if I want to exchange or return my package?
    We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of you receipt of the jewelry that have all original packaging intact. Please contact us through emails if you want to exchange or return your package.

    15. How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned order?
    Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive your package at our warehouse. After your return is processed, kindly allow 3-4 weeks for a credit card refund to post to your billing statement. PayPal refunds will be immediately available after your return is processed.

    16. Did you have phone number so I can contact you? 
    We're very sorry; we only supply online service for our customers. If you want to contact us with phone, please send us your phone number, and we will call you for assistance.

    17. What countries do you ship to? 
    We accept orders from and ships to over 200 countries or districts, covering most of countries or district all over the world except some African countries. 

    18. Do I need to pay for the Duties and Taxes?
    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). To avoid the tax, we remark the declaration value of your order under $50, and send as a gift. 

    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

    In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

    19. How to care for my jewelry?
    Here are some tips on how to keep your jewelry clean and brilliant.

    Don't wear your jewelry while doing housework, yard work or any other kind of rough work. Also, always keep your jewelry away from chlorine bleach.

    The best way to clean your jewelry is in a bowl of warm, sudsy water with a bit of any mild liquid detergent. Brush the pieces with a soft brush, then transfer them to a wire or tea strainer and rinse with warm water. Pat dry with a soft lint-free cloth. Ultrasonic jewelry cleaners also work quite well.
